Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click 'Register' in the top navigation, or visit /register. You can sign up with email or use social login options.

Do I need an account to send a gift?

No, you can send gifts as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save recipients, track orders, and manage subscriptions.

How quickly can I send a gift?

You can send a gift in under 60 seconds! We offer same-day delivery in major cities, or standard delivery options.

Orders & Delivery

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also view order status in your dashboard.

What if my gift doesn't arrive?

Contact us immediately at support@sendtreat.com with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

You can change the address within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact support for assistance.

What delivery options are available?

We offer same-day delivery (in select cities), next-day delivery, and standard delivery (3-5 business days).

Subscriptions & Credits

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions provide monthly credits that you can use to send gifts. Credits roll over for 60 days and can be shared with team members.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time. Your credits will remain valid during the pause period.

What happens to unused credits?

Credits expire 60 days after issuance. Unused credits from your monthly allocation will roll over if you're on an active subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

B2B & Teams

How do I set up a team?

Go to the B2B section and click 'Create Team'. Invite team members and set up roles and budgets.

What are the different team roles?

Admin: Full access. Manager: Can send gifts and view analytics. Sender: Can send gifts only.

Can I set spending limits?

Yes, team admins can set budget limits per user or per team. Approvals can be required for certain spending thresholds.

How does bulk sending work?

Upload a CSV file with recipient information. Our system will process and send gifts to all recipients in the file.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and you can use subscription credits.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card details.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, invoices are automatically generated for all orders and subscriptions. Access them in your dashboard under 'Invoices'.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds for orders cancelled within 1 hour or for orders that weren't delivered. See our Refund Policy for details.
