Setting Up an Automation
- Go to the Automations page
- Click "Create New Automation"
- Select your trigger type (birthday, anniversary, CRM event, etc.)
- Configure the trigger conditions
- Choose the gift to send (or let our AI recommend one)
- Set your budget limits and approval requirements
- Test the automation with a sample recipient
- Activate the automation
